MIMPI ANAK-ANAK

There was one very early morning, at 5am like that, i heard Oman crying. When i approached him, i saw his eyes were tightly closed but he still crying. He cried for his Nenni, my mother in law.

I called his name softly, recited some Surah, hugged his body and he was then alright.

ZzzzZZzzz..uhhuhuhhuu...Zzzzzzzz

That morning, after he woke up from his sleep, we had these conversation;

Momma: Oman mimpi ye malam tadi?

Oman: Mimpi tu apa, momma?

Momma: hmmm.. mimpi tu macam.. hmmm.. Oman tengah tidurkan, pastu tiba-tiba je Oman pergi tempat lain. For example, Oman tido tapi masa Oman tengah-tengah tidur tu, Oman jumpa Atuk KFC. Tapi Oman tido sebenarnya.

Oman: Ooooooo...

Momma: Yeke dia faham ni?? (Dalam hati).

Momma: Semalam Oman mimpi Nenni yer? Momma dengar Oman sebut-sebut nama Nenni? Macam sedih sangat.

Oman: Yelah! Oman mimpi Nenni la..

Momma: Yeke?? (excited). Oman mimpi apa?

Oman: Oman mimpi, Nenni tengah mandi swimming pool. Pastu tiba-tiba je Nenni jadi Belon. Terbang jauh. Sebab tu Oman sedih.

Momma: Uish. Camtu sekali Oman mimpi? Tapi xpe. Mimpi bukan betul-betul pun. Mimpi tu tipu je. Oman tak percaya kan?

Oman: Tak. Tapi betul tau! Nenni jadi belon.

Sungguhla tak agak-agak mimpi Oman kan ? =D

The next few days, when i asked him about that dream, his story never change. The same sentences, the same intonations.

So i chose to believe him.

Psst.. The part that his Nenni turned out to be a baloon is so scary. If I were to have the same dream, i would cry too. :p


Recently, Oman came to me and told me this,

Oman: Momma, Oman mimpi bibik malam tadi. Mimpi sedih.

Momma: Iyer? waa. Oman mimpi cemana?

Oman: Yelah! Oman mimpi...Bibik tengah mandi swimming pool. Pastu tiba-tiba je Bibik jadi Belon. Terbang jauh. Sebab tulah Oman sedih.

Now,

No. 1, Should i believe him again or not? hihi.

No. 2, do you think Oman really get what MIMPI is?

:)


I can't wait to hear he told me that he dreamt of me in the swimming pool and then I turn to be the flying balloon. I will not forget to ask him if i wear the two-piece or not. =P


Anyway, looking at our kids sleeping is the most amazing thing in this world.. or the second most amazing thing, maybe?

Momma: Kidd.. look at that.. Aaaaaaww! This is the reason why i always wanted to work at home. (Momma and Dadda tengah watching the same view as the photo)

Dadda: Oh yessss me too.. It looks so comfy, right?

Momma: Right! ........................................... eh wait.. did you just you say 'it'?

Dadda: Emmm.. we are talking about the bed right?

Momma: Ish!!!!! Omanla!!

Dadda: Owh.. tu confirm!!
