BLOSSOM THREE ZERO

When i turned THREE ZERO (Type huruf besar menunjukkan bangga. hihi) on last 2nd February 2011, i had put some plans to make it difference on how i treated myself for that thirty years achievement. Oh i forget to tell you that i was having bad migrain that day too. Yes, just to be different kan? :P

Hubby and I left Oman with my parents at home and headed to Ikea for some adela-benda-nak-cari hunting. Oh ya, our 'date' was featuring a good friend of my hubby, En. Zano. When we reached Ikea, both of them just couldn't resist the yummy aroma of the Swedish meatballs (oh sedapnya!!!) so we decided to have our lunch there.

When you're having migraine, you would loose your appetite to anything. Eh yeke? I was ended up just ordered a mineral water while they were having super lunch.! Dah ada meatballs, tambah pulak lagi whole springs chicken. Zano.. Eh.. korang memang terbaek! :p. Eh, do you know that Daim Cake at Ikea's so superbly delicious?? Sumpah x tipu. Dalam migraine2 pun i boleh makan licin cake ni. Kira my birthday cake la kan. Haha! tadi kata xde appetite.

After that we went to few stores at Ikea & Ikano, and we were so happy that our mission accomplished. Hubby got what he wants which were 2 BBQ sets and tools for the next day BBQ event at home. I was then damn satisfied that i found all items that were needed for my Birthday project. I know i sounded ambitious. :P

What? no Birthday dinner that night? Yes, NO. Me personally telling everyone that i was not fit to have any celebration. Manyak Migraine maa.. :(

The next day, we were just at home ( i was still pening-pening lalat). Since we did nothing, it's the perfect time for me to implement my project.

I do not know what you guys are currently thinking but i feel that myself was too sweet. *Puke*. Gigih hokeh i buat mende alah diatas untuk dihadiakan kepada diri sendiri. Hihi.

Lemme share this project with you;

Bahan-bahan

Those above were the stuffs that i used for my Bunga Hiasan Toilet. Socker Plant Pot from Ikea (RM3.90x5), Sponge (RM1.50x3), 5 pcs Artificial Lavender (RM10.00 x5) from I Do Flower Boutique, handmade ribbons (not in the picture), and a cutter. You've seen so many x5, right? It's because i planned to make 5 pots. 3 for my home, One for my mom, and another one for my mother in law.
Tolak campur, the cost for each pot is RM15.00.

Note: I pcs of lavender consists of 7 to 8 tangkai bunga. There are white lavender, purple lavender, and ribena lavender. I just mixed and matched them.

The first is to cut and fit the sponge in the pot like i did in the picture above.

Then use the cutter to cut the lavender into setangkai-setangkai seperti di atas. Then you can immediately arrange the flower ikut suka hati. Hehe. (psst: nampak x sapa yang tengah kesat hidung tu? hihi. Like last year both Oman and Armi kene flu. Alahai)

Tu dia!!

One of the fact is, i love to deco flowers since i was a small girl. My mom pun pening tau. Bulan ni bunga ni susun kat sini, bulan depan susun sana. Haha. Kadang-kadang memang x cantik pon. :p Tapi sebab dah suka kan. Kah Kah. X kesahla bunga hidup ke bunga tipu, I was even dreaming to become a florist when i grew up. :P

They were at first placed in the unused room at my parents' house. Dengan sesuka hati, during my bro's wedding, i took them, washed and rearranged to become a deco for my bro's dais on his wedding day. Ranting-ranting tu siap amik dr pokok mana ntah. Budget creative la :p
*cough*. I think my mom loves it. She's now placing these bouquet at one corner of the hall.

(Twit!! Bakul besar tu kan. My abah buat sendiri taww! :) )

Notes: Though i love to deco flowers, i never asked Armi to dedicate flowers as my Birthday gift. Armi pun sungguh bersyukur sebab dia x kuase. Ahaks! :P

Trolley boy!

Oman was never prefer to 'duduk diam' in his stroller. He would cried out his lung and struggling himself to be buckled-free. When he was a baby, he all the time preferred to be hold and when he achieved toddler, dukung pun tanak dah.. dah dapat kaki lah katakan.. :)

There were the times, mostly, momma and dadda willing to take turn holding him for hours whenever we went for shopping or outing. Contohnya, when we went to the zoo last month, i was holding him for 4 hours non-stop. cayok! But there were also sometime, we hoped that Oman would be like the other babies we saw around us, ontok je dalam stroller, siap tido nyenyak-nyenyak lagi. hehe.

Oman? Walau senyenyak mana pun he was sleeping in my arms, by the time we transferred him to the stroller, he would automatically awake, maka bermulalah sessi drama swasta. Lots of Oman picas were smiling, sleeping soundly in the stroller, which we called it 'lucky time!'. Reality, 20% percent je. :) hehehe..

I am agreed that it's so comfortable for Mom and baby, with it's sleek, stylized frame, tailored premium fabrics, anodized aluminum tubing, and soft- grip adjustable handles. We were first fall in love with the color and the look. Macho! ahaks!

Cuma... considering that our families love to travel a lot, 8.4 kg doesn't seem suitable for hand-carry. huhu..

When the first time we traveled with Oman to Bandung, we desperately bought another stroller, by local manufacturer, My Dear.

Dadda: Bebi, stroller cemana lah yang Oman suka ek?
Momma: Apa-apa pun dia x suka Kidd. Belilah yang tip top cemana pun. hehe.
Dadda: I know a thing, kalau kita beli mesti Oman suka.
Momma: Ha? apa? apa Kidd? (teruja gila nak tau)
Dadda: Trolley. Kakakakaaka. Kita tanya Jusco nak berapa dia jual.

Dadda: Ok, let's buy a trolley, we fit the bedding (mattress, comforter & bumper).

It is so true, peeps!!! Oman akan saangat bekerjasama!! :) reti pulak dia nak duduk diam kalau dalam trolley tau :)

hehehe.. Tapi takkanla dadda and momma sampai hati to make it real. Tolak anak bujang tu dalam trolley. kekekek. It's not the correct way.

Rule of thumb: Keep practice him. Oh yess.. he would cry, he would crank, but to achieved it we have to tahanla sketkan dengar dia rengek-rengek tu. We think it's still not too late to restart right?

So, for his birthday, dadda and momma bought a new stroller for him. :P Semangat baru!!
We bought it from Baby Cottage, Sungei Way Outlet. It is Trip by Inglesina, the lightest Inglesina Stroller.

Red or black xde stock. Only this color available during our visit. Dadda suka jugak this one, so, we think it's cool! :)

Oman has been 'friend' with Trip about a week. So far, he x banyak ragam la pulak. Tido kemain nyenyak lagi. Maybe it's new, maybe he's changed, a lot of maybe. But we gonna make him love this stroller by hook or by crook. Aamin! :D

Today, 3rd March 2010, is my Abah 60th Birthday. Abahlah segalanya. May abah dikurniakan segala yang baik di dunia and akhirat. Aamin.

Bilikku gelap. Hanya cahaya dari washroom (wajib bukak sebab saya penakot :p) menemaniku. Hubbyku tidur awal. Oman juga. Masing-masing menghidapi flu. Shian.

Dalam mataku separuh tertutup, jiwaku hampir ke alam lain, tiba-tiba;
"Happy Birthday, Bebi!!!" Pergh.. terpocotlah daku! Tetiba kot. Hehe. Setelah hubby memberi kiss kiss didahi yang seterusnya menjangkitkan selsemanya kepadaku, dia pun tidur semula. Xpela. Aku rela dijangkiti. :p Aku tersenyum. Dalam masa yang sama kagum sebab Kidd tersedar otomatik xyah pakai alarm pon. Tepat 12:00am. Wau!! :p

A few seconds later, tit tot bunyi message hp ku;
"Nuuril, Abah n Mama wish you HAPPY BIRTHDAY. To cherish the event, we like to invite for a family dinner tonight at Montes Restaurant, BSC @ 8.30PM. To ALL, we welcome n invite everyone to join the dinner. Extended to: Armi/Irma/Afie/Amri/Oman" (12:00 AM). Alhamdulillah, abah mama mertuaku mahu membelanja kami semua. Hoorey!!

Selang beberapa minit,
"Slmat menyambut hari lahir yg ke 29. Smga ankda d kurniakn kbhgiaan dunia dan akhirat. Love you, my dear son in law n my grand son. Slmat mlm drpd ma n abah" (12:08 AM). Yer, memang byk short forms yang direka sendiri oleh meraka, abah and mamaku tercinta. Haha.

Seronoknya, dapat wishes dari orang-orang yang disayang dan menyayangi. Throughout the days, even the day before, and until today, i still receive it from you. Thank you very much all. May all the prays come back to you a thousand-fold. :)

I went to work as always. During break, me, gadis vouge Melin, and Kak Marina yang berbudi bahasa had our lunch at Delicious Midvalley. Yum Yum! When Kak Marina did her transactions at Maybank, me & Melin eyeballing the shoes at C&K. Then i was accidentally fell in love with a pair of wedge which Melin gave her thumb too. Hmm.. but setakat suka jela. I didn't plan to buy it since shoe x masuk dalam to-buy-list for this month. Tiba-tiba, gadis itu bersuara, "U, take it ok. it's my present for u". Lebih kurangla ayat dia. :p I macam terpegun + x caya +terharu.. Owh she insisted pulak tu. Thank you dear melin for the gift!!!! I masih teringat my reaction masa tu. Sorry kalau u termalu dengan i. Hehe.

To add the excitement, macam tau-tau je. I got another C&K from En. suami.

Travel Purse. 2nd from him. TQ hubby. Muahs!! I'm not telling the 1st. :)

I had my dinner with beloved hubby & son, together with my in-laws. Oh yess.. we love Monte's for it's superbly delicious steak & pasta, diely yummy cheesy cafegot, total garlic bread, and much more. Oh, nasi goreng pun sodap!! :)
